The CenturyLink - Wholesale Team Tool (CWTT) is a quick means to identify your Account team. The CWTT (also known as the Customer Contact Database or CCDB) provides Wholesale customers with information specific to their account team, contact data, contract data and support needs.
When you use the tool, you will quickly be able to determine your account sales and service team and your provisioning and billing teams via the "General Account Team Data" button below. In addition, by using the "Detailed CWTT" button you enter your customer name and specific codes (ACNA, RMC, OCN or RSID) and you will have the opportunity to access either your company's specific contact data, housed in our notification database, and contract data or National PCATs.
