Important Information About CenturyLink Pass-It-On Rewards Program

Disclaimer: In order to participate in the Pass-It-On Rewards Program, referring customer must have an active residential CenturyLink account. Business accounts not eligible for credits. Referring customers receive $50 credit when referred customer subscribes to a qualifying local access voice service, and $25 credit when referred customer subscribes to a qualifying service such as CenturyLink Advanced TV, CenturyLink High-Speed Internet or Dish Network Satellite TV through CenturyLink. The $50 and $25 will be in the form of credits on the CenturyLink bill. Referring customer is entitled only to one credit per month per referred customer. If referring customer refers both new local phone line and High-Speed Internet at the same time for one referred customer, referring customer will not receive both $50 and $25 credits, but the larger of the two (i.e., $50 credit). Limit $600 in credits per calendar year. Please allow 30 days from the date referred customer orders the service for your credits to appear on your bill. In order for referring customer to receive credit, referred customer, at the time of ordering service, must provide the referral code originally given to the referring customer by the CenturyLink representative. Referred customers must order service and give the referral code in order for credits to apply to their account. Program start date, October 1, 2008. CenturyLink employees and their immediate family members are not eligible refer. Restrictions and Limitations - Pass-It-On Rewards Program is subject to change and may vary by service area.
