Unlimited Calling: Applies to one residential phone line with direct-dial local and nationwide voice calling and unlimited nationwide long distance services, including Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands; excludes commercial use, data and facsimile services (including dial-up internet connections, data services, and facsimile (each billed at $0.10/minute)), conference lines, directory and operator assistance, chat lines, pay-per-call, calling card use, or multi-housing units. To receive long distance plan rates, you must choose CenturyLink Long Distance, LLC as your IntraLATA and InterLATA toll carrier.
High-Speed Internet (HSI): A term agreement may apply with specific bundle plans. An additional monthly fee (including professional installation, if applicable) and a separate shipping and handling fee will apply to customer’s modem or router. For customers in former CenturyTel territories, early termination results in customer being responsible for payment of the applicable monthly recurring service fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the minimum service period, up to $200. For customers in former EMBARQ territories, a $99 early termination fee applies. Performance will vary due to conditions outside of network control and no speed is guaranteed. Consistent speed claim as well as claim that your connection to CenturyLink’s network is 100% yours is based on CenturyLink providing HSI subscribers with a dedicated virtual circuit connection to the CenturyLink central office.

Voice Promotions - Simple Choice Bundles: Offer and stated rates are available to residential customers only. Subscription to the Triple Savings bundle includes Unlimited Calling, 768Kbps High Speed Internet and DISH Family package from CenturyLink | DISH Network. Stated rate is valid for first twelve (12) months of service, after which standard rates will apply. Stated rates exclude applicable taxes, surcharges and fees. Triple Savings bundle does not apply to metered/measured line service, PBX, Key, or Centrex accounts. By accepting a bundled service offering, you agree to purchase such bundled services from CenturyLink for a minimum period of twelve (12) months. Early termination will result in you being charged and responsible for payment of the applicable monthly recurring service fee multiplied by the number of months remaining in the minimum service period. Your discontinuation of any portion of the Triple Savings bundle will result in you being charged standard rates for remaining services. Your Social Security number may be used to obtain credit scores and will not be released to third parties except for verification and collection purposes or if required by applicable law, regulation, and/or legal or regulatory process. Plan Information - You are eligible for the rates available under a Residential Long Distance Plan only if you are a residential customer. Inside Wire Maintenance with Telephone Protection Plan: Certain equipment may not be eligible for Inside Wire Maintenance with Telephone Protection. Inside Wire Maintenance Plan is an optional service, is not required for basic telephone service, and may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Customer may select Inside Wire Maintenance as a service without subscribing to the Telephone Protection Plan, but must subscribe to Inside Wire Maintenance in order to be able to subscribe to the Telephone Protection Plan.
