Logging in to the SD-WAN portal

The CenturyLink® SD-WAN portal gives your organization access to your newly deployed CenturyLink SD-WAN network. When you open the portal, you need to log in. Use either your administrator login and password or the equivalent administrative credentials your organization uses. Once you log in, use the SD-WAN portal to view your network health, analytics, and many other features to control and manage your SD-WAN service.

To manage your account, view/pay your bill, and submit ticket requests for your CenturyLink SD-WAN service,  use Control Center.

Note: If you don't have access to the SD-WAN Director portal, do one of the following:

Logging in directly to the SD-WAN portal

Otherwise, the SD-WAN portal opens to show the Appliances tab in the Director context. You can view the status of your current appliances, etc.

The SD-WAN Director portal has two broad contexts for organizing its capabilities efficiently for your needs: Director context and Appliance context.

  • The Director context organizes a dashboard view for monitoring and administering your SD-WAN.

  • The Appliance context is used to configure and provision controllers and other elements of your SD-WAN.
