Transition Management Team
The primary component of the CenturyLink™ transitional organizational structure is our Transition Management Team. The team consists of a transition program manager and transition project managers who are organized by their areas of expertise. The Transition Team regularly exchanges transition information related to transition planning, execution, monitoring and control, with the Agency Transition Management Team. Our experienced team is directly supported by numerous other positions within the CPO, such as Contracts, Security and Quality Assurance.

The illustration above provides an overview of the established communications channels between the CenturyLink Transition Team and the Agency Transition Management Team. As a transition project begins to impact individual geographical areas, the transition project managers interface and coordinate with the regional agency point of contact (POC), as well as with the various local agency POCs.
