Channel Sales Manager (CSM)—responsible for managing all business issues relating to CenturyLink and CenturyLink Channel Alliance. Members contact their CSM with questions or concerns regarding their membership level, customer contracts, special sales needs, and high-level product training and support.
Pre-Sales Consultant (PSC)—assist with price quotes, specific product trainings, general pricing and contract questions, and provide Access Alliance and Alliance Exchange support.
Partner Support Representative (PSR)—manage key post-sales activities, including the review of order paperwork for accuracy, and preparation of orders for order entry groups. The PSR also monitors and manages the progress of projects—from order inception through installation. Members contact their PSR with post-sales issues such as moves, adds, or order changes.
Sales Engineer (SE)—seasoned professionals with extensive industry experience. All have diverse backgrounds coming from carriers, ASPs, ISPs, telecom equipment vendors, system integrators, and corporate environments. Many hold industry certifications from Cisco™, Microsoft™, Sun™, IBM™ and Novell™, among others, and possess hands-on experience in designing, building, and maintaining real-world networks. They are continually building their skills and have the expertise you need to transform CenturyLink’s vast array of offerings into solutions to meet your customers' business needs.
