Advanced Medical Imaging
Advanced Medical Imaging provides radiology interpretation services to clinics, hospitals, and urgent care facilities. 30,000 images a year are sent over Qwest's iQ Network for radiologists' to interpret and report back. The Qwest MPLS circuit provided an increase in bandwidth allowing doctors to read images in real time, thereby providing patients with faster results.
Alcohol Monitoring Systems
Alcohol Monitoring Systems (AMS) works with governmental agencies to provide ankle bracelets that monitor alcohol consumption. Their previous vendor could not provide ample space for growth and wanted the organization to move locations. AMS decision makers began to look for, and found, a new solution that would meet their business needs.

They needed bandwidth, upward scalability, and multiple peering points, so that their customers all over the country could enjoy good, high-speed access.

Carlisle Wide Plank Floors has produced the finest restoration and reproduction wood floors in the world for more than 40 years. What started as a small business now has six locations across the U.S., including showrooms and a production mill. Customer calls are answered promptly with the use of Geo Routing, iQ Private Port services and ShoreTel equipment.
Cayuse Technologies
Cayuse Technologies specializes in application and business process outsourcing and is unique because it is owned by the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservations. A new, very large scale project required fiber connectivity to provide needed bandwidth--both voice and data connectivity. What normally takes three to four months to install needed to happen in 30 days. Qwest took on the challenge and was able to complete the technical center help desk build.

Centennial Bank of the West is known as The Western Original and was conceived as a "Main Street" bank. Its management team is local, so decisions are made quickly, with a clear understanding of the opportunities and challenges unique to the region. The company's product offerings are extensive, providing all of the banking, investment, and online services that are expected of a full-service financial institution. Today more than 200 employees in seven Northern Colorado cities make up the Centennial banking family.

Central New Mexico Community College is the largest community college in the State of New Mexico, with five campuses in the Albuquerque metro area, and soon, one in Rio Rancho.
City of Los Angeles
The City's Washington D.C office was using a substandard, 56k connection. Managers wanted to upgrade this to T-1 level service to eliminate performance complaints. Moreover, they sought to integrate Internet access redundancy into their City network to better support 40,000 employees.
