Qwest® is Becoming CenturyLink

A Strong Alternative for Business

  • 4. Will customer service numbers or email addresses change for Qwest or CenturyLink?

  • 5. Will my bill look different? If I have electronic or paperless billing, will there be changes to the     site and logins?
  • There are no changes planned at this time. Your Qwest and CenturyLink invoices will remain the same along with electronic and paperless billing web sites and log-ins. You will be notified if any changes occur at a later time.
  • 6. Will the way I make payments change?
  • Please continue to make your payments as you do today. The same Qwest and CenturyLink payment addresses will be used. If there are changes, you'll be notified.
  • 7. If I get a Qwest and a CenturyLink bill today, will I continue to get two bills after merger? If so, can     I get one bill for all services?
  • Yes, you will continue to receive two bills, a CenturyLink bill for CenturyLink services and a Qwest bill for Qwest services. There are no immediate plans to combine the two invoices; you will be notified if this option becomes available.
