As a leading retailer in women’s fashion, BCBG Max Azria Group (BCBG) needed reliable network uptime and dependable communication between locations to support the high-caliber brand experience their customers demand. BCBG needed to solve for low bandwidth, outdated internal communications infrastructure and slow in-store Wi-Fi. CenturyLink delivered a Colocation solution that controlled cost and increased efficiency for their global operation.

BCBG worked with CenturyLink to replace existing DSL networking at the stores with MPLS T1 circuits. This enabled VoIP capability and high-speed communications across stores and from each store to headquarters. Each store was outfitted with WiFi routers and access points to maximize in-store bandwidth. Powered by redundant data centers across multiple locations, BCBG now had a lightning fast in-store experience, reliable communications and data center resiliency.
