LifeLine Phone Service: Lifeline is available to residential customers only who qualify based on meeting income level eligibility requirements, and/or is receiving benefits from a qualifying federal assistance program, and requires remaining eligible for the entire offer period. The Lifeline program is a governmental assistance program that provides discounts on telephone service to qualifying consumers in every U.S. state, territory, and commonwealth. The amount of discount and qualifications for participation can vary by state. Consumers may be eligible if they participate in certain federal or state assistance programs or have a household annual gross income at or below 135% of the federal poverty level. Qualifying residents of American Indian and Alaskan Native tribal lands may also be eligible for up to an additional $25 per month of enhanced Lifeline support. Additionally, a discount on the one-time charge for establishing service may be available for qualifying residents of tribal lands through the Tribal Link-Up program. The Lifeline discount is available for one telephone per household, which can be either a wireline or wireless telephone. CenturyLink Prism TV: Subscription to Prism service in certain Prism territories may require a separate local phone service and preclude customers from purchasing High-Speed Internet services from any third party. An early termination fee of up to $20, multiplied by the number of months remaining in customer's then-current term commitment, if customer terminates Prism service before the end of the applicable term commitment (up to $250 max.), will apply. Service includes digital channels (including local channels), and up to four standard direct video streams to residence. CenturyLink-provided set-top boxes are required to view TV. CenturyLink Refer-A-Friend Rewards Program ("Program"): Referring CenturyLink Customer must create an account via www.centurylinkreferafriend.com ("Website"). The account must be set up with the same email address as the CenturyLink service order. A unique link will be assigned to Referring customer that can be shared with potential Referred customers. Visa Prepaid Card: Limited Time Offer only. Customer must activate services within 30 days of order and must retain all eligible services for a minimum of eight weeks after service activation. Referring Customers must redeem Card via request through Website. Visa Prepaid Card will be sent 4-6 weeks after all eligibility, redemption and retention requirements have been met, including eight week service hold requirement. Account must be current and in good credit standing. Offer cannot be combined with other CenturyLink High-Speed Internet reward/award/promotion cards/codes unless otherwise allowed. CenturyLink may change the form of payment, vendor, etc., at their discretion when fulfilling the promotional offer. The Visa Prepaid Card is not redeemable for cash or usable at any ATM. Terms and Conditions apply to the card. Subject to applicable law, a monthly maintenance fee of $3 (USD) applies, but is waived for the first six months after the card is issued. This card is issued by MetaBank®, Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A., Inc. Prepaid cards can be used anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
To participate in the program, you cannot be a CenturyLink employee, a CenturyLink sales agent or a relative of either a CenturyLink employee or sales agent.
Vacation Program: Offer available to residential customers only. Only certain CenturyLink services are eligible for the Vacation Program; third-party services received through CenturyLink are not eligible. Offer may include a reduced monthly recurring charge for a predetermined number of months each year, retention of equipment and suspension of service, programming and agreement during Vacation Program activation. A zero balance for each applicable service is required for eligibility. If applicable to current service(s) subscription(s), contractual obligations will be put on hold during Vacation period but will resume once service is reinstated (early termination fees may apply if service(s) are changed or cancelled). For Voice and High-Speed Internet customers who don't contact CenturyLink to resume full activation of applicable services before the end of six-consecutive-month period, all applicable monthly charges, fees, surcharges, etc., will resume automatically. For Prism TV customers who don't contact CenturyLink to resume full activation of applicable services before the end of six-consecutive-month period, all applicable, original programming, set-top box, High-Definition and premium channel fees will resume automatically. The promotional programming package will not resume automatically; customer will need to contact CenturyLink to reinstate promotions and discounted service. Promotions, pricing and channels at the time the customer puts the service on vacation are subject to change during the vacation term.
