How paper billing works with AutoPay

If you're like many of our customers, you like getting a paper bill in the mail every month.

Rest assured. Even though you're enrolled in AutoPay, you'll continue to receive a paper bill each month -- unless you specifically tell us you don't want one.

Did you know? Paperless billing has its advantages... It's a nice way to de-clutter the mailbox, shrink the "to file" pile and take another step down the "living greener" path.

You get the same information as you do with your printed bill, but online. Each month we send you an email when your bill is ready. The email includes a link to your current bill and options for how to pay. Signing up for paperless billing doesn.t change your monthly due date, and you can always print a copy of your bill, if you want to stash it away for future reference. It only takes a few minutes to sign up for paperless billing, and if you don't like it, you can go back to getting paper statements. It's all up to you.
