Upcoming Changes to My Account

We're improving My Account! Soon, finding what you need will be easier, making payments will be quicker and changing your account settings will be more intuitive. Better still, if you like to manage your account on the go, you'll be able to — with our new mobile improvements.

Just so there are no surprises — here's what you can expect

Unless it's a shiny new car, not everyone likes a surprise. So we want to let you know what to expect when we launch the new My Account experience near the middle of December 2015.

  • There will be no prolonged interruptions for this transition — you'll just see the new experience when you sign in.
  • Signing in stays the same — your existing user name and password will work as usual.
  • Easier password reset — when you need to reset your password, it'll be easier using your new security question and answer.

What new Security Question and Answer?

Just so you know, the first time you sign in after we've made the changes, you'll be invited to set up a Security Question and Answer. This information will be used in the future if you forget your password and need to reset it.

Customer Proprietary Network Information

Previously we may have asked you for your permission to use your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) to market products and services to you while online within My Account. We are constantly reviewing our systems and methods to simplify processes. As a result, going forward we will now maintain only one CPNI preference for your account. Now, not only can you make your payment using one screen, the form is pre-filled with the amount that's due and the current date. Plus, you can choose to save your payment method, saving yourself time and hassle in the future.

Larger text. Bigger buttons. No app required — That's right. No need to install an app to get the best user experience on your smart phone. We've optimized the most frequently used My Account pages to be easier to use on a smaller screen. Before you know it, all of My Account will be mobile friendly.
