AutoPay is a secure, easy and convenient way to pay your bill.

When you sign up for AutoPay, we will debit your bank account or charge your credit card in the amount owed on your CenturyLink bill each month. Your bill is always paid on time. The automatic payments will start on the next billing cycle after you enroll.

 

It's quick to sign up, and it's also easy to cancel AutoPay if you decide it's not for you.

Payment methods accepted for AutoPay

You can use these forms of payment with AutoPay:

  • Checking account
  • Savings account
  • Credit card (VISA, MasterCard or Discover)
  • Debit card
  • Money market account (in some areas)

 

You can always change your payment information for AutoPay. Note: There are no credit card fees associated with AutoPay.

What is your payment date with AutoPay?

Your AutoPay payment will occur on your bill due date.  Your bill due date can be found on the first page of your bill or in My CenturyLink.

Things to know about AutoPay payment date:

  • AutoPay will start on your next billing cycle. Keep paying your bill normally until you see a message in My CenturyLink or on your bill indicating AutoPay is taking care of your payments automatically.

  • You cannot change your AutoPay payment date. It's based on your billing date.
