This tells you the modem can't connect to the Internet or it has lost its connection.
If you recently rebooted your modem, unplugged your modem and/or lost power to your home, wait a few minutes. Your modem may just need to finish connecting to the CenturyLink network and Internet.
If you haven't rebooted your modem recently, try this:
- Unplug the power cord.
- Wait at least 30 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back in.
- Wait a 1-3 minutes.
