Install or remove a camera with your Connected Home service

This information should help you get your cameras installed and up and running and assist with any cameras you may want to remove.

Camera Installation

To install a camera, sign in to the Connected Home portal and complete the following steps:

  1. Select the SYSTEM tab.
  2. Click on MANAGE DEVICE.
  3. Select CAMERAS.
  4. Choose the camera you want to Add Using WPS.
  5. Select SerComm RC8322T Indoor Wide Angle HD Camera.
  6. Enter the MAC ID and Activation Key that is printed on the camera or on the box.
  7. Follow the on-screen instructions to launch the installation. The screen will indicate when the camera is added.
  8. Rename the camera and click the SAVE button.
  9. Select the BACK button to exit the MANAGE DEVICE tab.

Camera Removal

To remove a camera, sign in to the Connected Home portal and complete the following steps:

  1. Select the SYSTEM tab.
  2. Click on MANAGE DEVICE.
  3. Select CAMERAS.
  4. Click On Camera that you wish to remove.
  5. Select the REMOVE button.
  6. Confirm that you want to remove the camera.
  7. on Remove button and confirm it.
  8. Select the BACK button to exit the MANAGE DEVICE tab.
