Where to check your webmail
If you don't use an account frequently or rely on the simplicity of a program like Outlook to deliver your messages, it's easy to forget where you need to go to check your email online.
If you use a CenturyLink-supported email address, you can check it from your CenturyLink homepage.
How to set up your email address/username
Email is included as part of your Internet service with us. If your personalized email address wasn't setup when your service was installed, you can set it up now.
To set up your email:
- Go to your CenturyLink home page.
- Hover your mouse over the "My Account" tab in the top navigation.
- Under "Settings", click the "Create Account" link.
- Follow the simple instructions.
How to reset your email password
