If you receive a spam email message in your CenturyLink inbox, select it, and click the Spam button on the webmail toolbar to report the incident.
If you receive an email in your Spam folder that is not spam or junk, click the Not Spam button.
If you are using a third-party email client such as Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express to read your messages, forward spam messages that are directed to your CenturyLink email address to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Other email providers usually have similar instructions for reporting spam. Refer to their sites for instructions.
