Qwest Moves Pricing Information To Online Catalog

As of December 1, 2007, the provisions governing many of the telecommunications services and features provided by Qwest Corporation to Washington customers moved from tariffs filed with the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission to Catalog Terms set out on the Qwest web site. By moving products and services to a Catalog, Qwest will be able to respond to your telecommunications needs more quickly.

The Qwest services involved are now provided under the terms of the relevant Catalog instead of tariffs, and the Catalog is the contract between you and Qwest. As a user of any of these services or features, you agree to the provisions in the Catalog unless you cancel the service or feature. Except as otherwise indicated in Qwest's AFOR customer notice sent out on or about November 1, 2007, the rates, terms and conditions for the affected products are the same in the respective Catalogs as they are in the currently filed tariffs. Over time, Qwest may change the Catalog(s) by adding the change to the Catalog and giving you reasonable notice of important changes instead of filing them with the Commission.

The services and features affected by this change have the same status as other services Qwest moved to Catalog Terms on September 1, 2006. Those services included most of the local services and features provided to Washington business customers, the provisions governing the in-state long-distance services and features provided to all Washington customers, and the provisions governing directory assistance, operator services, and speed calling provided to Washington residence customers.
