great for a less busy family
this is a great product/service. i highly recommend it to others and i actively recommend it to anyone who asks me about the best tv service. I love Prism, however, i am just too busy at the moment to enjoy it. I will be disconnecting today and will reconnect once my schedule allows for tv time. Until then i sadly wave goodbye to a service i love but cannot afford to pay for something i'm not using. See you soon Prism TV.

I really love Prism
The one thing I would like to see is more ON Demand Free Movies and TV Shows. Otherwise I am very happy with Prism
Not worth the aggravation.
We have had CenturyLink internet service for many years with no issues at all so I thought Prism TV would be just as good. I was totally wrong. We have had Prism TV since October 2012 and I have had to call technical support at least twice a month. I have to reset the boxes at least one a week because the picture freezes or becomes choppy. The only good thing about Prism TV is the channel lineup and DVR. I am just not happy with this service at all and cannot wait for my contract to be over.
Great choices and great service
There is much to applaud and little to complain about with Prism TV. Outstanding customer service, great picture quality, fast channel changes and an ambitious DVR product make CenturyLink an easy choice over competitors. I am always excited to see what's coming next, and am rarely disappointed. I do wish that there was access to Watch ESPN / ESPN 3, and more English Language international programming, but otherwise, I'm hooked.
Good, but still has digital issues.
Great system, but still getting digital dropout on some channels. I thought this was just growing pains for Prism, but it is not getting any better. I know one Prism customer that wants to cancel because Prism cannot fix their picture freezing and dropouts. My main DVR box re-boots now and then and/or completely freezes up and I have to re-boot it. Sometimes the DVR stops recording for no apparent reason.
The limit of two HD recordings at a time is absurd! If I want to record three or more shows, I must record them in non-HD mode! What a waste of a HD TV set! There should be no limit to recording shows or watching on TV on a set-top box. I have five boxes (TVs) and can only use four at a time unless two of them are watching the same program.
