Description Of Change |
|
Integra requests the ability to submit an IMA Raw Loop Data query using a Circuit ID. The current IMA Raw Loop Data functionality does not allow the CLEC the ability to review the loop make-up of an existing Unbundled Loop (Circuit ID). If the CLEC would like completed a loop qualification or obtain specific loop make-up information for an existing Circuit ID, the only alternatives available to the CLEC are to submit an Raw Loop Data Assigned by Address and hope that the Circuit ID is one of the 24 responses IMA returns or the CLEC can submit a Manual Loop Make-up Request which carries a longer response interval.
IMA will process a Raw Loop Data request based on a Circuit ID Query similar to the current Raw Loop Data request by WTN.

10/20/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated this is related to the IMA Release 29.0 that will be going in this coming weekend. 7/21/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated that we have 2 SCRs committed for IMA Release 29.0 in October. 5/19/10 Systems CMP Meeting Mark Coyne – Qwest indicated that this is the packaging for IMA Release 29.0 in October. There are two candidates. The first one is the IMA Raw Loop Data Query by Circuit ID that was submitted by Integra and the other is the Allow Re- DSRED Functionality submitted by Qwest. Mark relayed that we are sitting at about half the capacity for the release. 4/15/09 Systems CMP Meeting Kim Isaacs-Integra said Integra is requesting to do an IMA Raw Loop Data lookup with a circuit ID that is similar to the WTN feature. She said that they would like to enter the circuit ID for an existing circuit and get the Raw Loop Data on that circuit. Mark Coyne-Qwest asked if there were any questions from Qwest or the CLECs Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest clarified this information is available through the Wire Center Raw Loop Data Tool. Jamal said that the Raw Loop Data Tool has all facilities and circuits in a wire center and is updated every 2 weeks. He said that even though we update every 2 weeks, the circuit ID doesn’t change and is constant. 4/2/09 Clarification Meeting Attendees: Kim Isaacs-Integra, Bonnie Johnson-Integra, Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest, Chuck Anderson-Qwest, Nicole James-Qwest, Lynn Stecklein-Qwest Lynn Stecklein-Qwest said that the purpose of this meeting was to clarify SCR033009-1 submitted by Integra. She said that Integra is requesting the ability to submit an IMA Raw Loop Data query using a Circuit ID. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest asked if Integra had considered using the Wire Center Raw Loop Data Tool. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that they had. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest said that it is available to everyone. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that it is not a practical tool for one person to use for a single circuit and is to much information for a provisioner. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest said that it has all the loops available to them and you can do a search on the circuit ID and it will bring it up and you can download the information in a spreadsheet. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that the data is less real time and is only updated once a month. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest said that the data is updated every two weeks. Jamal said that we sent a notice in July saying that we are refreshing the data every two weeks for certain wire centers. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that it is a data dump and for the application they are requesting is too much information. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest asked which area this additional functionality is being requested. Kim Isaacs-Integra said they are asking for it in pre-order Raw Loop Data and there is a view of assigned/unassigned by address and working TN and they are asking for additional query by circuit ID. Chuck Anderson-Qwest said that the ECCKT format has to be a valid ECCKT and there is no wild card. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that is not what they are asking for. Chuck Anderson-Qwest said that they do have to know the ECCKT to do the query. Kim Isaacs-Integra said yes they do have to know the ECCKT. Chuck Anderson-Qwest said that in the circuit ID structure there are 1-24 numbers and did Integra and want to have 1-24 ECCKTs or would one ECCKT be acceptable. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that one would be acceptable. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest asked what the implementation date would be. Lynn Stecklein-Qwest said that Kim will be presenting his CR in the April Meeting and then it is put on the list for the next IMA release which is IMA 27.0 scheduled in April 2010. Lynn asked what products are impacted. Kim Isaacs-Integra said that it would be for all products that have a ciruit ID. Jamal Boudhaouia-Qwest said that it would not be anything that is in Tirks because IMA doesn't interact with Tirks. He said that it would be for LFACs products.
