If you've forgotten your username or password (or both), you can retrieve them. If you've forgotten both your username and password, retrieve your username first, then retrieve your password. You'll need to know the answer to the security questions you created when you registered as a Control Center user and you'll need to be able to access to the email address associated with your Control Center account.
If you've forgotten your password and have tried several times to log in, your account may be locked. If you account is locked, you can still retrieve your password, but we advise that you wait for your account to be unlocked (30 minutes) before trying to log in again.
Did you know? You have to be a registered user to be able to access Control Center. If your organization has at least one active billing account with CenturyLink, you can create a Control Center user account.
