Using a toll-free call plan template

Use a call plan template if you'd like to modify the rules and features of a call plan for 1 to 1,000 switched or dedicated toll-free numbers. The types of changes include:
 

  • Order types
  • Enhanced features—such as day of week, day of year, geographical routing, percentage allocation, and time of day
  • Terminating features—DTO, DNIS, ISO, and STG
