OLOFs are submitted in Control Center, and are received by CenturyLink National Wholesale Service Delivery for processing.

Utilize DTFO or Dedicated 8XX Batch Add self service tools for improved intervals, or submit an OLOF ("TDM Voice Toll Free" or "IP Voice LD or Toll Free") to us for manual processing.
Control Center offers single order entry and bulk (batch) self service ordering of switched services.

For switched 8XX, you can submit the "TDM Voice Toll Free" OLOF in Control Center.
For ANIs, you can download the "Switched ANI Order Form" in Control Center > Walk Me Through tab/widget > Control Center Forms, and send to us for manual processing (form has instructions on where to send).
