Call Detail Records (CDRs)

Follow the below steps to access your Call Detail Records in Control Center's Reports tile.

  1. Click on the Reports tab, and the Other Reports subtab/screen is displayed.
Note: some users may not have any reports displayed under the Other Reports subtab.
  1. Click on the Voice Reports subtab.
  1. Click on Call Detail Records.
  1. Click on the file names (blue links) in the Name column to download the Call Detail Records zip files.

You can click on the Name, File Size and/or Last Modified headers to sort the files in the desired order.
