Viewing your customer endpoints (CEs) on the PTAP map

You can view all your equipment (customer endpoints or CEs) on a map in the PTAP tool. You can also sort/filter your endpoints to help you better focus on the data.

  1. Click the Reports tab, then click the Network Reports subtab, then click Network Performance.

    Control Center opens a separate window for CenturyLink PTAP.

All of your customer endpoint (CEs) devices are displayed on the main PTAP map:

  • Black circles indicate multiple CEs located close together
  • Map pins indicate there are single CEs in the area
  • Red flags indicate open tickets for devices or circuits.

You might also want to know how to identify your top hitters, view averaged metrics at a glance or view summary metrics for a specific point in time. If you're not already doing it, you can create threshold rules to monitor changes in your network and use map filters to drill down to the results you want most.
