Viewing design ticket events

To view ticket events for design trouble reports

  1. Click the DESIGN tab.

  2. Do either of the following:

To find the trouble report by using CenturyLink's ticket ID or your customer report ID

    1. In the Ticket ID field, type the CenturyLink ticket ID or your customer report ID (also referred to as tracking report ID).

    2. Click the Ticket Events radio button.

    3. If you used your customer report ID, select the Search by Customer Report ID check box.

    4. Click Submit.

CEMR displays the ticket events for the trouble report you specified.

To find the trouble report by using circuit search criteria

    1. Select the user, status, and date range by which you want to search, and click Submit.

CEMR displays a list of trouble reports that meet your search criteria.

  1. Click the Ticket Events radio button.

  2. In the list of trouble reports, click the radio button next to the circuit ID for the trouble report you want.

CEMR displays the ticket events for that trouble report.
