Creating a voice mail trouble report on a TN with an LMOS ticket already open on it

If you try to create a trouble report for a TN that already has an LMOS ticket open on it, you will get the following message:

We're sorry, but updates to open POTS Trouble Tickets cannot be entered through RCE. If you need to add information to an open POTS trouble report, please return to the CEMR Non-Design Services and select the Maintain Reports Tab.

If you need to update an open Trouble Report for NGMP Voice Messaging or if you need to open a ner Trouble report for NGMP Voice Messaging and there is a current LMOS ticket opened for POTS trouble select the Customer Reporting NGMP VMS Trouble tab below.
