Selecting fixes and requesting corrections

Follow steps 1-7 in Initiating a comparison.

Perform one or more of the following actions:

If Edrv Lite identifies mismatches during the comparison, those features will show a red N for the MATCH value and either an unchecked Fix check box, which means the feature can be fixed using the Edrv comparison, or no check box, which means the feature cannot be fixed using the Edrv comparison.

To select specific comparison features that can be fixed, check the check boxes next to those individual comparison features, or to select all features that can be fixed, check the Fix All check box at the top left corner of the Comparison Features section to select and check all Fix check boxes at once.

If Edrv Lite identifies comparison features where information in AIN can be synchronized with information in the network profile, those features will show an unchecked ReadSynch check box.

To select specific comparison features to synchronize, check the check boxes next to those individual comparison features.

If Edrv Lite identifies feature mismatches (indicated under the LeftOver Features menu), this means that the features exist in the SWITCH or AIN but do not exist in the VCSR. The only option is to remove the features.

To submit selected changes, click Request Correction.

The request is sent to Edrv and a status will appear on the page. You can also view the status of corrections requested in Edrv at any time. See Viewing correction status information.
