Logging in to CEMR-MTG

CEMR-MTG uses your CEMR-MTG User Name and Password to identify you when you are connecting to the CEMR-MTG web site. You can connect to the CEMR-MTG web site from any computer on which a CEMR-MTG digital certificate is installed and configured. The User Name and password are given to you when you obtain your digital certificate.

The password-protected User ID is important to ensure security of the data you view with the application.

To log in to CEMR-MTG using Internet Explorer

1. Start Internet Explorer.

2. Enter the URL: https://ebus.centurylink.com/cemrmtg/
   
   The Security Alert window appears.
   
   

3. The URL starts with 'https' instead of 'http'. The 's' indicates that the URL is protected by security protocols.

4. Click Yes to continue.

1. • If multiple certificates are configured on the system, the Client Authentication window to select the Certificate appears. Select the appropriate Qwest certificate and click Ok.

   • If only one certificate is configured on the system, click Ok.

The CEMR-MTG Login dialog box appears.

4. Enter your User Name and Password and click Login.
   
   The Security Information message box appears.
   
   

   This dialog box appears if you have configured your browser to display alert messages before sending information to an encrypted site. To avoid the Security Information message box in future, uncheck the Show This Alert Next Time field.

5. Click Continue.
   
   The message 'Connecting to CEMR-MTG - Please wait' appears.
