Trouble report not created because of circuit ownership, format, or connection problems. If a create request is in progress and you perform a CREATE trouble report request again immediately, the second request will fail. |

A trouble report has already been reported on the specified circuit. |

The user prompt to submit ticket was not selected. |

Authentication Error: Company ID mismatch. Security violation. Access to data denied. You can't view the information on this trouble report because it was created by a user from another company. |

Cannot verify or deny at this time. (Ticket is not in the status: clearedAwaitingCustomerVerification) It is not possible to verify or deny closing a ticket unless a request to close has been initiated by CenturyLink. |

This trouble ticket is not in a status which allows it to be modified or cancelled. You can't modify or cancel this trouble report because it is in Cleared status or the modification is prohibited by business rules. |
