The error messages for requesting Tone on Line are largely self-explanatory. Remember that
You can request Tone on Line only for new (N) orders, and you must enter the order number.
You can request Tone on Line only if CenturyLink's service order has been completed—that is, its status is CP or PP.
If you've already submitted a request for Tone on Line, you must wait five minutes before submitting another request.
You can submit no more than three requests in 30 calendar days.
Error - You cannot request Tone on Line more than three times during a 30 calendar day period.
Error - You cannot request Tone on Line until the status of the service order is PP or CP
CenturyLink's service order must be completed before you can request Tone on Line.
Error - You must wait 5 minutes before submitting another request for Tone on Line.
You've already submitted a request, so you must wait five minutes before submitting another.
