• Multiple street names were found. Enter the appropriate street name.

Verify Descriptive

Enter a descriptive address.

Select CALA

Enter the zip code associated with the address.

Unable to retrieve Service Address Validation record

Retry after 90 seconds. If it fails, contact the Help Desk.

No SAGA/CALA match for Community/State

Enter the appropriate city or state details.

Possible Address Matches

A possible address match occurs when some of the required information is found in the database, resulting in an output that presents possible addresses to choose from.

If the correct address is found on the resulting list, the address may be highlighted for viewing clarity. Enter the correct information in the appropriate fields, and then click Submit.

Interface timed out on last request

The system did not respond to your request within the allotted time.

Re-Issuing an Address Inquiry

When no exact match is located for the address that was entered, and there is a response providing one or more possible variations on the address, you can use the information provided to re-issue the address inquiry.

• Simply type the desired data directly over the previously entered data and click Submit.
• Keep in mind that you must remove any information appearing in the Description field to make all other fields available for entry.
