CEMR-MTG Online Help
RCE pre-screens for certain conditions that indicate that activation request cannot be completed for the submitted number, and in those cases, if the Activations button is clicked, the software presents one of the error messages indicated below.

Line as remote call forwarding |
Feature Activations have been disabled because line has remote call forwarding. |
Line is Ported Out |
Feature Activations have been disabled because line is ported out. |
