Field descriptions—maintaining nondesign trouble reports

Circuit ID

The telephone number for the trouble report.

Ticket ID

The identification assigned to the trouble report after it is submitted.

Tracking Report

The unique number you can assign to the trouble report in the Customer Report ID field in the Submit Trouble Report window.

Date

The date the trouble report was submitted.

CEMR-MTG uses local Mountain Time in trouble reports (for TR Status Time, Restored Time, etc.). Local Mountain Time is used so that time can be specified in a format that is independent of specific time zones per the ANSI T1.227/228 Trouble Administration standard.

Status

The ticket event state that the ticket is in.

MSC

An indication of whether a bill is applicable. For example, an MSC of 1 might indicate an applicable bill, whereas an MSC of 0 may indicate no bill. Currently CEMR-MTG does not display billing hours.
