Field Descriptions - Searching and Verifying CFA

 

Channel Group Number

Indicates the Channel Group Number field designation assigned to the facility. This field can have a maximum of 5 alphanumeric characters. This is a mandatory field.

 

Channel

Indicates the number that identifies the specific circuit on the T1 that you would like to view. You can view detail data about a specified T1 circuit. The Channel field is always available, but it is only relevant for T1. It is ignored for T3 and SONET. This field can have a maximum of 5 alphanumeric characters. You can also select from a drop-down list that contains the entries 00001 to 00024. This is an optional field.

 

Facility Type

Indicates the facility type. This field can have a maximum of 5 alphanumeric characters. You can also select from a drop-down list containing the supported Facility Type entries: T1, T1F, T1U, T1UF, T1UZF, T1Z, T1ZF, T1ZT, TIZ7, TIZ7F, T3, T3X, T3Z, T3U, T4X, OC01, OC03, OC12, OC24, OC48, OC96, OC192, ST01, ST03, ST12, and ST48.  This is a mandatory field.

 

A-CLLI

Indicates the Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) that represents the "A" end of the facility. This field can have a maximum of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters. You can also select from a drop-down list of your 50 most recently used CLLI codes. If you select a CLLI code from this list, the code also appears in the left-hand field. When you type a valid CLLI code and it is retrieved from CenturyLink, it is added to the CLLI list for future selection.

 

Z-CLLI

Indicates the Common Language Location Identifier (CLLI) that represents the "Z" end of the facility. This field can have a maximum of 8 or 11 alphanumeric characters. You can also select from a drop-down list of your 50 most recently used CLLI codes. If you select a CLLI code from this list, the code also appears in the left-hand field. When you type a valid CLLI code and it is retrieved from CenturyLink, it is added to the CLLI list for future selection.

 

Previous Queries

This is a drop down list that supplies you with a scrollable list of your 50 most recently entered CFA queries to CenturyLink. The data elements in the saved query string are separated by slashes. When you select a query from the drop-down list, the fields on the screen are automatically filled with the relevant data.
