A- CLLI
The CLLI code that identifies the "A" termination of the facility.
Z- CLLI
The CLLI code that identifies the "Z" termination of the facility.
Channel Group Number
The Facility Designation code assigned to the facility where the circuit is contained.
Facility Type
The type of facility where the circuit is located (always displays a T1).
CAC
The Circuit Access Code assigned to the circuit.
Format
Identifies the type of circuit by circuit name and the specific format of the circuit. The formats are:
M or 1: Message Trunk
T or 2: Telephone- Numbered Special Service
S or 3: Serial- Numbered Special Service
C or 4: Carrier Facility Assembly
PON
The Purchase Order Number that authorized the request for the circuit.
Circuit ID
The unique identifier of the circuit. The Circuit ID varies based on the circuit format. See Circuit ID Format Tutorial for more information.
CKR
The circuit number assigned to the circuit by the Interexchange carrier.
CLO
The Circuit Layout Order number assigned to the circuit.
The first three characters of this nine-character code identify the Admin Area (two characters) and Order Class (one character); the last six characters are the serial number assigned to the circuit.
DV
The diversity code that indicates that the circuit is routed in such a way as to be diverse from other circuits. If no diversity code is specified, no diverse routing is assigned to the circuit. Some examples of diversity codes are listed below.
DV
D1
D2
CXR Type
Identifies the facility in terms of the multiplexing equipment where it is terminated at each end.
Due Date
Identifies the date that any assignment activity for the circuit is scheduled to be completed.
Activity
The type of assignment activity scheduled to be performed for the circuit. Activity types are:
A: Pending add
D: Pending disconnect
R: Pending reuse
H: Hold
$: Spare
W: Working
(Blank): No assignment activity pending
Channel
The channel number that identifies the circuit on its T1.
Alternate
The alternate assignment indicator which identifies a given assignment activity as an alternate assignment to a cable pair or circuit that is effective only under certain conditions. Alternate assignment indicators are:
A: Alternate assignment
P or Blank: Prime assignment (non- alternate)
Channel
The channel number; a T3 contains 28 channels ( numbered 00001 to 00028); a T1 contains 24 channels (numbered 00001 to 00024).
ASGT/RSTN
The Assignment Restriction Code assigned to the T1 or circuit.
Cur Act
The activity currently being performed for T1 or circuit.
A: Pending, add or connect
D: Pending, disconnect or move
R: Reuse, rearrange, rename
H: Hold (reserve)
$: Spare history
W: Working
(Blank): Not assigned
Inv Status
The inventory status. The inventory status codes are:
IE: In Effect
PA: Pending add
PC: Pending change
PR: Pending remove
PX: Pending retirement (for equipment only)
RP: Retired (for equipment only)
RM: Coded for removal when spare (for equipment only)
D
The diversity code which indicates that the circuit is routed in such a way as to be diverse from other circuits. If no diversity code is specified, no diverse routing is assigned to the circuit. Some examples of diversity codes are:
DV
D1

Circuit ID
When a T3 appears, this is the identifier of each T1 that comprises the displayed T3 (28 total).
When a T1 appears, this is the identifier of each circuit that comprises the displayed T1 (24 total).
Pend Act
Indicates any activity scheduled to be performed for the T1 or circuit.
The date any pending activity is to be performed is indicated in the next column, Due Date. Activity codes are:
A: Pending add or connect
D: Pending disconnect or move
R: Reuse, rearrange, rename
H: Hold (reserve)
$: Spare history
W: Working
(BLANK): No pending activity
Due Date
The date that a pending activity is scheduled to be completed.
