Field Descriptions - Viewing Circuit History for Non Design Services

Telephone Number

Indicates the telephone number of the circuit for which you want to view circuit history.

History Type

Indicates the type of history that you want to view for the circuit.

• Abbreviated (DATH): Displays Abbreviated Trouble History showing a condensed chronology of any closed trouble report recorded for the circuit. The DATH report displays closed trouble report information within 15 minutes of a ticket's closure.

• Extended (DETH): Displays Extended Trouble History showing chronology of any closed trouble report recorded for the circuit.  

• Long Extended (DLETH): Displays Long Extended Trouble History showing a detailed chronology of any closed trouble report recorded for the circuit.

The DETH and DLETH databases are updated nightly, Monday through Saturday. Therefore, trouble reports closed after 6:00 p.m. Saturday are not viewable in the DETH and DLETH reports until after 6:00 a.m. the following Tuesday morning.
