Field Descriptions - Viewing Trouble Report History

Circuit ID

The ID of the circuit for which you want to view the trouble history.  See the Circuit ID Format Tutorial for additional information.

Trouble Report ID

The ID CenturyLink assigns to a trouble report when you submit it.

Submit

Click this button to retrieve the trouble report history for the circuit you identified.

Clear

Click this button to clear the circuit ID and trouble report ID you entered.
