Retrieving archived trouble reports

CEMR-MTG trouble reports are stored in CEMR-MTG for 60 days. After 60 days, CenturyLink archives trouble reports with Completed or Canceled status whose billing forms are in Completed status. If a trouble report has billing forms that are not in Completed status, the trouble report won't be archived until the billing forms are completed.

To retrieve archived trouble reports

  1. E-mail your CenturyLink service manager. Be sure your e-mail's subject line contains 'OSSLOG Request' and includes at least the following information:

Note: CenturyLink cannot process requests containing only the TN or circuit ID. You must include the information listed above.

Your service manager sends the request to the appropriate contact. Depending on the volume of requests, your service manager will e-mail the archived trouble report you requested within 5 business days.
