You can deny closure of design trouble reports that are in the cleared state. (When you deny closure on a cleared trouble report, it reverts to the Open/Active state.
Click the DESIGN
tab.
The Maintain Trouble Report
window appears.
You can search for the trouble report on which you want to deny closure in two ways:
Using the Ticket ID
Enter the Ticket
ID of the trouble ticket you want, select the Maintain
radio button, and click Submit.
The Clear Design Report
window appears, displaying the details of the cleared trouble ticket.
Using the Circuit Search Criteria
Select and enter the Circuit
Search Criteria such as User,
Status and
the date range by which you want to perform your search, and
click Submit.
The Maintain Trouble Ticket
window appears, displaying a list of trouble tickets based
on your search criteria.
Select the trouble ticket you
want to deny closure on, from the list displayed.
The Clear Design Report
window appears, displaying the details of the cleared trouble
ticket.
Enter any additional information in the Additional Information field in the bottom of the screen. Verify that the displayed name and telephone number of the person authorizing closure is correct.
Click the Deny
Closure button to deny closure for the trouble ticket.
The trouble ticket reverts to the Open/Active state.
The restored time reflects the time that the trouble resolution is completed.
The MSC field indicates if a bill may or may not be applicable. For example, an MSC equal to 1 might indicate an applicable bill and an MSC equal to 0 may indicate no bill. Currently CEMR-MTG does not display billing hours.
