Preparing and submitting non-Broadband design trouble reports

Click the DESIGN tab.

Click the SUBMIT TROUBLE REPORT subtab.

Type the circuit ID of the circuit for which you want to create a trouble report.

Enter the relevant details such as Tracking Report Information, Problem Information and Priority Information.

In the Problem Information section, the trouble type selected maps to a specific report category (AT, CR, IN, RL) in the CenturyLink trouble ticket system. Refer Design Trouble Types. For more information, refer Field Descriptions- Submitting a Design Trouble Report.

Click Submit. A message confirms that your trouble report has been submitted. You can check the status of the report by viewing its transaction history.

If your trouble ticket is on a UBL (Unbundled Loop) two-wire analog circuit, you will see a screen which will allow you to reserve a four hour access window for repairs. Select the time for your appointment, then click Submit.
