1. Select the User who created the ticket.

  2. Select the Status of the ticket you want to search for.

  3. Type the date range you want to search for, and click Submit.

The window displays a list of trouble tickets that meet your search criteria.

  1. (Optional) To list the trouble reports in a different sequence, sort the list.

  2. From the list, click on the radio button next to the circuit ID for the trouble report you want to view.
