Editing nondesign trouble reports whose commitment time has passed

  1. Select the Request New Commitment Date/Time check box (which replaces the Change Appointment check box), and continue to edit the report.

  2. Click Submit.

A message indicates that your edit has been submitted. CEMR-MTG automatically selects the next available commitment and appointment times. You can check on the status of your edit by viewing the transaction history. When the edit has been completed, you can view the edited trouble report by finding it once again. (Be sure to do this if you need to change the appointment time.)
