Checking the status of transactions

You can view the status of CEMR-MTG transactions—that is, whether those transactions (creating, editing, and canceling trouble reports; running MLTs) were successfully completed or whether they failed. For MLTs that were successfully completed, you can view the test results. For Tone on Line requests, you can view a confirmation that the tone has been placed on the line. For all transactions that failed, you can view an explanation of why they failed. (If the transaction has not yet failed or been successfully completed, its status is Submitted.)

  1. Click the NON DESIGN tab.

  1. Click the TRANSACTION HISTORY subtab.

  1. From the drop-down lists, select the status and type of transaction you want to view.

  2. In the From and To fields, type the date range you want to search for the transaction.

  3. Click Submit.

CEMR-MTG displays a list of the transactions that meet your search criteria.
You can rearrange the order in which the transactions are listed.

To list the transactions

In the Sort By list, click

By date (newest to oldest)

Date

Alphabetically by type

Transaction Type

Alphabetically by status

Transaction Status

By telephone number (lowest to highest)

Circuit ID

 

  1. To view an explanation for a failed transaction, a confirmation for a successful Tone on Line transaction, or the results of a successfully completed MLT transaction, click the radio button next to the telephone number for the transaction.
