You can display and print the complete circuit history for nondesigned circuits within your company's responsibility.
Click the NON DESIGN tab.
Click the CIRCUIT HISTORY subtab.
Type the telephone number of the circuit for which you want to view the history.
The Extension field of the telephone number is not mandatory.
In the History Type list, select the type of circuit history that you want to view for the selected circuit.
Abbreviated (DATH): Displays Abbreviated Trouble History, which is a condensed chronology of any closed trouble report.
Extended (DETH): Displays Extended Trouble History which is a chronology of any closed trouble report.
Long Extended (DLETH): Displays Long Extended Trouble History which is a detailed chronology of any closed trouble report.
Click Submit.
The circuit history details are displayed.
DATH, DETH, DLETH are available for information only. The DATH report displays closed trouble report information within 15 minutes of a ticket's closure. The DETH and DLETH databases are updated nightly, Monday through Saturday. Therefore, you cannot view trouble reports closed after 6:00 p.m. Saturday, in the DETH and DLETH reports until after 6:00 a.m. the following Tuesday morning.
