When the Select an Appointment window appears:

  1. In the Date row of the Filter Appointment List, click the date on which you want to schedule the appointment. If you want to schedule the appointment for a date later than those shown, click Later Date, and select the date you want from the calendar that appears.

  2. In the column for the date you want, do one of the following:

The available appointments are listed in the Select Appointment list below.

  1. From the Select Appointment list, select the appointment you want. If you don't need to schedule an appointment at a specific time, click All Day.

  2. In the Access Hours field, do one of the following:  

  3. If your customer is a business customer, select or type their business hours.

  4. If your customer is a residential customer who is available only between specified hours, select or type those hours.

  1. Click Accept.
