Creating a new voice mail trouble report

You can create a trouble report for voice mail problems using this procedure.

  1. From the CEMR-MTG home page, click the Non Design tab.

  2. Click Submit Trouble Report.

  3. Enter the TN on which the voice mail problem exists.

  4. Click Diagnose.

  5. Review the RCE diagnosis form for accuracy.

  6. Select trouble types as Features - Voice Messaging

  7. Click Submit Form.

  8. Click the appropriate buttons and links to continue the diagnosis.
