If you are interested in being placed on a wait list for a filled or currently unopen course, please complete and submit the form below. CenturyLink™ will contact you to confirm receipt and processing of your wait list request. If a seat becomes available, CenturyLink will email a class admission confirmation. Requests are taken on a first come, first served basis. For additional information on the wait list process, please read the CenturyLink communication to customers regarding this process.
