Renaming an account group

Need to change the name for an account group so it's easier to identify? You can rename the group rather than deleting and recreating it.

To rename an account group:

  1. Click the Admin tile, then click the My CenturyLink Accounts subtile.

    Control Center displays a list of all your CenturyLink accounts. By default, your accounts are organized by account number.
  1. Click Manage Groups.
  1. Click the radio button next to the account group you want to rename.

  2. Type the new name, then click Rename. If you want to make this account group your default view, click the radio button for the account group again, then click Make Default.
Did you know? You can use account groups that others have created, but you can only rename account groups you've created.
