Turning self registration on (or off) for an enterprise ID

As a system administrator you can manage whether users can register themselves for access to Control Center under your enterprise ID.

Note: If you have self registration turned off, users who try to register for Control Center access receive an error message.

To turn self registration on (or off):

  1. Click the Admin tile, then click the Manage Enterprise subtile. 
  1. Click Enterprise Details.
  1. In the Self-Registration section, click either Active (to allow self registration) or Inactive (to turn self registration off).

  2. Click Save & Return.
